Where We Started...
Our love for the outdoors and passion for naturalistic farming, combined with a decade of experience in the professional Food & Beverage industry, drives everything we do at Mule Creek Ranch. We're dedicated to making a positive environmental impact through our sustainable farming practices.
Mule Creek Ranch was founded in 2013 by 'Pops' with a simple goal: to provide consistently superior beef through regenerative farming. In 2014, Chris and Ashlee married and embarked on an adventure abroad in the International Food & Beverage industry. Chris was an award-winning Craft Beer Brewmaster. He worked with multiple Food & Beverage Groups, and even a 5 Star International Hotel. Ashlee was Head Pastry Chef for a high-volume Food and Beverage group, consisting of 6 locations across Shanghai. The exposure to international and commercial meat industry standards revealed alarming inconsistencies, and raised concerns about meat origins.
These upsetting experiences underscored the irrefutable importance of knowing where your food comes from. At Mule Creek Ranch, we are committed to being your trusted source for pasture-raised, grass-fed beef.
In 2018, after welcoming our first son, Otis, our perspectives on family and food deepened. We realized the importance of returning home to Georgia in 2019 to focus on what truly matters: providing high-quality, ethically raised beef for American families.
